So today, we will cover the 2nd part of the Business Profits Equation, which is the MLM Training System.
Modern Day S-Quadrant People High Tech without the High Touch
The high-touch MLM Training System is what differentiates MLM Network Marketing from high-tech online Internet Marketing. A high-touch MLM Training system, is one that focuses on human interaction, builds relationships and personal development. Most high-tech internet marketers that sell affiliate programs do not have in place a good high-touch training system to build relationships and train their team. The result is that the attrition rate of team members is high, and customer loyalty is low. All these makes it very difficult to build a long-term stream of passive income (or a walk-away income that keeps coming in even if you are not there) that grows by itself.
While the internet marketer may be great in generating sales himself, and makes lots of money, he may find it difficult to duplicate his affiliates to attain his level of competency without a good training system.
This, in my opinion, is the modern day internet-equivalent of S-quadrant self-employed people. Like all S-quadrants, he works he get paid, he doesn't work he doesn't get paid!

You would want to join a team with a good training system and the most number of successful leaders, because success is about mindset and skillset, and these factors determine your success more than the MLM company's compensation plan or products!
How to Choose a High-Touch MLM Training System?
There are 3 components in a High-Touch MLM Training System:
1) Leaders This is the core of the MLM Training System. You need to find out who are the leaders driving the MLM Training System, how long have they been in this business, what are the markets they can support, how has their team performed in terms of market share in the MLM company, and above all, are they a bunch of people with INTEGRITY. These will give you some indications as to how well you fit into the team's culture and values, and how much support and training you are going to get.
2) Meetings There must be meetings! If meetings are not important (that's what internet marketing supporters say), then explain why are there so many hotel conference rooms?! And also why do world leaders have meet when they can teleconference? Because nothing can replace that warm smile and reassuring handshake that exudes your sincerity! So don't believe it when people tell you about automated online money making businesses that do not require you to make a single phone call or meet a single person. When it's too good to be true, believe it, it's too good to be true!
There must be various types of meetings to support your business.
Opportunity Product Presentation (OPP) For interested prospects that come through your Marketing System to understand about what your company offers.
New Distributor Orientation (NDO) To give your new distributors, the big picture roadmap and techniques on building a network marketing business
Product Testimonial Day and Product Training For prospects interested in products to try out products and to hear from other satisfied customers. This is important because you need to build both a customer base as well as a network of business builders.
Special Topics Training These are specialized in-depth mindset and skillset trainings, targeted at more experienced business builders. They cover everything from leadership to team building to international business strategies.
Leaders Masterminding This is where the top leaders meet up every month to evaluate progress, set goals and formulate strategies for the entire team.
3) Tools The Leaders and Meetings are the software, this is the hardware: Training CDs. These are your 24/7 trainers, you listen to them in your car, while you are taking a bath and before you sleep. This is what that will train your leaders, even when you are not around. Tools are extremely important when you are building teams in many countries. I have personally depended on them to train my oversea teams when I'm away. And each time when I return, I discovered that my leaders have become more matured and their business volume has increased!
I myself have gotten all my business education from a great MLM training system.
